Journey Kicks Off Extensive 2026 Farewell Tour, Including a Tampa Date at Benchmark International Arena

Journey’s calling it a day, but not before one last epic run. Their farewell “Final Frontier Tour” is coming to Tampa on Friday, May 15, 2026, at the Benchmark International Arena. Tickets go up through the usual spots—Live Nation, Ticketmaster, AXS. It’s a big North American tour, stretching from February to early July, and they’re pulling out all the stops with classic hits and a brand new stage production.

The band spelled it out loud and clear: “The wait is over, JOURNEY is hitting the road on our FINAL FRONTIER TOUR!” That was straight from their website. Neal Schon, the founder, doubled down on Instagram, blasting “Separate Ways” in the background. He told Variety, “The sentiment and spirit of the band will always remain. While this marks a farewell to one powerful chapter of the Journey we’ve shared, I want everyone to know I’m not done. Music is still burning strong inside me, and there are new creative horizons ahead. This tour is both a thank you and the beginning of what’s next.”

The current lineup—Schon, Jonathan Cain, Deen Castronovo, Arnel Pineda, Jason Derlatka, and Todd Jensen—hits Tampa on May 15. If you want to grab tickets early, presale starts November 11 at 10 a.m. for Citi Cardmembers. VIP packages drop at the same time.
