Imagine, you’re strolling down Main Street U.S.A., humming the “It’s a Small World” theme (don’t lie, you know you do), and—bam!—Cinderella Castle’s rocking a whole new vibe.
Disney just dropped the news: the iconic castle’s about to get a fresh paint job. And get this, the colors? They’re going with the OG grays, creams, blues, and a little bling-bling gold. Just like old times.
Apparently, the idea is to make the castle pop in that Florida sunlight, so it’ll basically shimmer at every angle. Disney’s already teasing us with some fancy artist renderings, so you can squint at those and play “spot the difference” until the real deal shows up.
Last time they gave the castle a facelift was 2020 (remember the pink phase? Yeah, that was… bold. Not to mention the whole birthday-theme). No word yet on when the painters are busting out their brushes, so keep your eyes peeled.
